• Banh Mi : Traditional Vietnamese sandwich consisting of meat, pickled vegetable and chili peppers. In other words, the inspiration for our signature dish
  
• Bao: A fluffy and delicious steamed bun made of wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and milk
  
• Ca Phe: Translated to “coffee,” Ca Phe is a popular Vietnamese coffee drink made with condensed milk
  
• Chinese Five Spice: Blend of cinnamon, fennel, star anise, peppercorn, and clove
  
• Furikake: Sweet and salty seasoning consisting of nori and sesame seeds
  
• Nuoc Cham: Tangy Vietnamese dipping sauce made of syrup, fish sauce, citrus, and aromatics. Pronounced “NOOK JAHM”
  
• Sai Ua: Spicy and fragrant pork-based sausage originating from Northern Thailand. Pronounced “SIGH OOH-AH”
